A Anyone in the United States who can accept a check can be paid using bill pay. You can pay practically anyone - charge accounts, utilities, car loans, even a lawn service or a relative. However, tax payments and court directed payments cannot be processed through our online bill payment system .

A There is no cost for using the Bill Pay service.
